Peace Balloons Girl Framed - Reloved Series

The 'Peace Balloons Girl", Canvas framed painting is a painting from a charity shop that’s been given a new lease of life. This was found in a charity shop in Cambersands thrown in a rack outside and it think another day it probably would have been put into a bin, so needed a lot of love. I loved the scenario of this piece of art and boats on the beach and a dramatic skyline added where the paint was missing and needed a more central focal point and this is when the girl came to mind along with the painted boat. The idea of peace and tranquillity on the beach i think is something we can all relate to. Acrylic and oil paints were used in the creation of this piece and the frame has been restored.
