Unify began as an artist in London spray painting in Brixton, Bricklane and Shoreditch’s art district. Although most of Unify’s work is predominantly stencil based you can also find that Unify uses many medias, paste-up posters and images, butterflies cut out of Coke-a-Cola cans and some freehand work. Unify’s work became more widely recognised around London as a signature style developed with sharp, witty often poignant images.
Unify's artwork is characterised by striking images, often combined with slogans. With work that often engages political/society themes, satirically critiquing war, capitalism, hypocrisy, religion and greed. In addition to the stencilled street art Unify is known for installation artwork on park bench signs that depict slogans, sayings and phrases.
